Who we are

The app

Sanék is an iPhone app, distributed only through Apple’s App Store. It shows a small sun in the middle of an everyday pastime, and offers pastimes to do away from the screen, chosen from the interests you pick.

Sanék is an everyday companion. It is not a medical or therapeutic product and gives no medical advice. If you’re struggling, please talk to a doctor or someone you trust.

Your licence

Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, concluded between you and us, together with the App Store’s own terms. In short: you may use Sanék on the Apple devices you own or control, for personal use, and you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Free week and purchase

You can try everything free for 7 days. The free week starts only when you start it in the app, it does not renew, and it does not turn into a purchase by itself.

After the free week, the widget, Sanék’s day and the morning alarm stay free. Suggestions and doing things together need a one-time purchase: €6.99 in France, taxes included. In other countries the app shows the App Store’s local price before you buy. There is no subscription, and the purchase can be shared through Apple’s Family Sharing.

Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account. If you change iPhone or reinstall the app, “Restore purchase” in the app brings the purchase back at no cost.

Withdrawal and refunds

Purchases are made in the App Store, so withdrawal and refund requests go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. In the European Union, Apple’s terms give you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. If Apple can’t help, write to hello@anyadmitrieva.com and we will look for a solution with you.

Legal guarantee

If you live in the European Union, the app is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (in France, articles L224-25-12 and following of the Code de la consommation): if the app doesn’t match its description, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or failing that to a price reduction or a refund. Tell us at hello@anyadmitrieva.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you.

Who owns what

The app, its texts and its code belong to Anna Dmitrieva. Sanék’s drawings are the work of Ilya Kazakov and may not be reused without permission. The font is Fredoka, used under the SIL Open Font License. Apple, App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Our responsibility

We take care that Sanék works as described and fix faults we learn about. The pastimes Sanék offers are ideas: you decide whether one suits you, your health and where you are. The weather shown in Sanék’s sky comes from Apple Weather and can be wrong; check for yourself before you go out. Within the limits the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the app. This does not limit our liability where the law forbids limiting it.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country’s law, and you can bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with them. A change never takes away something you have already paid for.
