I bought Sanék and it’s locked again
On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, open the unlock screen and tap “Restore purchase”. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with, or one in the same Family Sharing group.
I’d like a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase. If that doesn’t work out, write to us.
How do I put Sanék on my Home Screen?
Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Sanék. There is a small and a medium widget, and widgets for the Lock Screen.
Sanék suggests nothing outdoors
Without the weather, Sanék never guesses that it’s fine outside. Open Sanék’s settings and tap Weather to allow it, or allow location for Sanék in the iPhone’s Settings. Only a rough area is kept, on your iPhone.
The morning alarm doesn’t ring
Check that alarms or notifications are allowed for Sanék in the iPhone’s Settings, then save the time again under Morning alarm in Sanék’s settings.
